Assembly Cell Leader 1st shift 6:30am-5pm Monday-Thursday Starting $20.32/hr - Stanley Black & Decker : Job Details

As an Assembly Cell Leader, youll be part of our team located in Tupelo, MS. Youll get to: Responsible for moving and coordinating materials to operators. Provide Leadership and support to Assemblers. Coordinate changeovers, verify and inspect for correctness of all parts in their cell. Inspect and hang first piece samples for (Rear Doors, Front Clips, Chutes, and Wheels). Create corrective actions for line defects. Maintain housekeeping within the cell. Work with line expediters to maintain consistent flow of material to cell. Train new operators. Fill in for absentees. Assist in maintaining downtime (as needed)Maintain quality and production standards, following all safety, ISO 9001, and Company policies and procedures. Blade bolt torque certified.
