Assembly / Hydraulic Pump Tester - 3rd Shift- Hydraulic Pump & Power Systems Div.Location: OTSEGO, MI, United States Job Family : Manufacturing Job Type : Regular Posted : Oct 13, 2023 Job ID: 23517Job DescriptionWe are seeking dependable and motivated Assembly Hydraulic pump tester to join our team on 2nd (2:45PM-10:45PM, Monday through Friday) and 3rd shift(10:45pm - 6:45AM Sunday through Thursday)! Hourly pay range based on experience $22.23 - 26.10 plus $1.00 per hour shift differential. Build, test, and repair hydraulic pumps while maintaining high safety, quality, and delivery standards.Fill kits from model codeBuild and repair simple and complex assembliesDiagnose and make necessary adjustments and repairs on simple and complex assembliesTest product to customer order and test specificationsRead and interpret blueprints, test specifications, and code sheetsCalculate flows and pressures at various speeds and frequenciesFollow all standard work, process instructions, and ISO work instructions and proceduresWork in team environmentPromote and maintain a clean and safe work environment by complying with procedures, policies, training, and regulationsEnsure established policies and procedures are followedParticipate in continuous improvement project team activitiesPerform other duties and responsibilities assigned by SupervisorHigh School diploma or equivalent.Troubleshooting skillsWorking knowledge of component function and installationDemonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a team environmentWilling to work overtime and weekends as needed to fulfill business requirementsWilling to participate in Company designated trainingAbility to read, write, and speak basic EnglishWorking knowledge of basic mathAbility to effectively communicate in oral and written form in order to present information and respond to inquiries from employees, customers, and suppliersBasic computer skillsParker Hannifin is a Fortune 250 global leader in motion and control technologies.
