Our client, Thermo Fisher, is seeking Assembly Workers to join their team. As an Assembly Worker, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly team. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team.

Job Title: Assembly Worker

Location: Asheville, NC

Pay Range: $18.00

What's the Job?

• Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines
• Meet production targets and deadlines

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required, training will be provided
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
