Assembly Openings in Coopersville, MI.Join our team and contribute to the production of high-quality internal car parts, strip lights for newer truck models, and vehicle center navigation screens. As an assembly contractor, you will work under the direction of the shift supervisor. 1st and 3rd shift spots available.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Preparation and inspection of electronic, electro-mechanical, or wiring components.Light mechanical testing of parts.Operate an automated tester machine.Handle solenoids and package them after testing, utilizing process sheets.Maintain production standards, and clean your workstation after each shift.SKILLS:Attention to detailAbility to follow directionsMaintaining production standardsTeamworkWORK ENVIRONMENT:All employees work within a temperature-controlled, clean manufacturing environment featuring high-speed machines. Employees must wear long pants, closed-toe non-slip shoes, shirts with sleeves, and a smock issued by the client. Safety glasses and gloves will be provided as needed. One earbud is allowed, but no cell phones or cameras are permitted on the floor at any time. Lockers are available for personal belongings, and a lunchroom with refrigerators is provided.
