Job SummaryWe are seeking Assemblers to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The lead will direct activities of operators in the Assembly area to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.ResponsibilitiesAssembly experience or lead experience in previous employment.Focus on continuous improvement.Demonstrates leadership skills.Must maintain good punctuality and attendance.Ability to maintain professionalism during challenging interpersonal conflicts.Ability to run all stations and relieve as needed.Ability to effectively receive and communicate vital shift safety, quality, and production-related information to oncoming and off-going shift leads.Ability to communicate with quality, maintenance, and engineering groups.Ability to efficiently task labor on the lines to maximize production output.Ability to train associates in the inflator process.Ability to run Microsoft Excel and Word.Ability to maintain accurate logs.Ability to identify potential quality concerns and communicate to QA and Supervisor.Ability to advocate safe work habits and correct people in violation of PPE.Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot stations, clear and reset faults.- Operate forklifts for material handling within the warehouse or factory.- Follow assembly instructions and quality control measures to ensure products meet standards.Requirements- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting preferred.- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.- Familiarity with assembly line processes.- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.- Experience operating forklifts is a plus.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $24.17 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayWeekends as neededAbility to Commute:Moses Lake, WA 98837 (Required)Ability to Relocate:Moses Lake, WA 98837: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
