ASSEMBLY LINE MANAGER - X-naut : Job Details

Job Purpose:

As an Assembly Line Manager, you will play a key role in managing our assembly team, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining product quality. In addition to overseeing the team, you will also be hands-on, helping build and assemble products to meet production goals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both management and hands-on assembly work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily assembly line operations, making sure production stays on track.
• Work directly on the assembly line, building products and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Develop and adjust assembly schedules to meet production deadlines.
• Train and guide assembly team members to follow correct procedures and meet quality standards.
• Ensure that all assembled products meet X-naut's quality standards before they are shipped.
• Help manage inventory and coordinate with the team to ensure all necessary parts and materials are on hand for production.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certifications are a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in assembly or production roles, preferably in a hands-on environment.
• Experience in managing or supervising a small team is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to be hands-on and work directly on the assembly line when needed.
