In this role you will be working as an Assembly Manager for a client that works in the parts production industry for Aerospace. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the assembly department to make sure that processes are in place and adhered too and working on continuous improvement. This is a direct hire role that must be performed on-site. The typical work week is about 45 hours. The pay on this position ranges between $85-$110K based on experience. Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in assembly related to the aerospace industry
• Ability to work in an ERP system (Epicor 10 is preferred)
• Ability to oversee, lead, and meet the goals of the assembly department
• Continuous Improvement background is a plus
• Ability to manage the scheduling and stockroom
