Position Summary Perform various assemblies of stainless steel, steel, and 6MO parts using components and body-level parts. Fill customer orders by boxing, labeling, and preparing assembled parts for shipping.
Responsibilities - Analyze and verify order requirements for ATO jobs reflecting customer orders.
- Perform assembles with ALOK (two ferrules) or CPI (single ferrule) requirements in large volumes.
- Complete training and obtain production efficiency in assembling parts for the various sizes of ALOK and CPI products, as well as bulk pack, multipress, steel, 6MO, and any additional product and order variations.
- Complete document requirements for verification of completed assemblies.
- Complete customer orders by boxing and labeling individual parts effectively and efficiently for shipment to the customer.
- Participate in the Warehouse HPT and 5S duties.
- All other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or designee.
