**Location: Onsite - Sheridan, AR**

**Competitive Compensation:** Starting at $18.00- $21.25 per hour for Assembly Operator roles in our Faucet, Distribution, and Plastics plants, with an additional $1.00 per hour for night shifts.

**Shift Needed:** Weekends - Friday-Sunday 5am-5pm for 1st shift and 5pm-5am for 2nd shift Weekday Monday-Thursday 1st shift 6:00am-4:30pm 2nd shift 4:30pm-3am

**We are looking for Manufacturing Associates for our Faucets Department. This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting.**

**Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities**

+ Reads orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.

+ Conveys materials and items from receiving areas to storage or to other designated areas.

+ Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.

+ Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or conveys orders to packing station or shipping dock staging area.

+ Marks materials with identifying information.

+ Opens bales, crates, and other containers.

+ Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.

+ Weighs or counts items for distribution

+ Arranges stock parts in specified sequence.

+ Uses computer to enter records

+ Drives vehicles to transport stored items from warehouse to plant or to pick up items from several locations for shipment.

+ Prepares parcels for shipping.

**Key** **Qualifications**

+ Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.

+ Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.

+ Must be at least 18 years old.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

+ 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
