In this role, you will be responsible for the meticulous assembly, precise testing, efficient troubleshooting, and meticulous repair of our esteemed customers' products. Key Responsibilities: 1.Safety: Prioritizing safety protocols always, including the utilization of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to safeguard both personnel and products. 2.Quality: Consistently delivering work of the highest quality that not only meets but exceeds established standards. 3.Delivery: Executing assembly tasks within prescribed cycle times as outlined in standard work instructions. 4.Cost Management: Implementing strategies to minimize waste and reduce scrap through skillful and diligent practices. 5.Interpersonal Skills: Fostering a respectful and collaborative workplace environment conducive to effective teamwork. 6.Additional Duties: Flexibility to undertake any other tasks as assigned.
