Assembly Operators 1st shift - Adecco : Job Details

Adecco is currently seeking dedicated candidates for long-term, temp-to-hire Assembly Operator positions on 1st shift in Clearwater, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling various small electronic components and devices.Key Responsibilities:Execute repetitive production tasks related to the assembly of electro-mechanical products.Assemble components onto circuit boards and mask parts for coating, while adhering to detailed instructions.Interpret and follow both paper and computerized diagrams to ensure accuracy.Utilize a variety of hand tools safely and effectively.Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED is required.Ability to sit and stand for extended periods and lift/move materials up to 20 lbs.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; must be proficient in English.Previous experience in assembly, particularly with small parts or electronic components, is preferred.Electromechanical experience is a plus.Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity for handling small components.Motivated and respectful team player, willing to collaborate and take on various tasks.Availability to work overtime as needed, including some Saturdays.Compensation and Schedule:Pay Rate: $16.00 per hourSchedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (overtime as needed could include some Saturdays)Application Process:To be considered for this 1st shift Assembly Operator role in Clearwater, FL, please click on Apply Now.
