The perfect candidate will have a positive attitude and blend well with the team, thriving in a collaborative work environment.Key Responsibilities:-As an Assembly / Raw Material Preparation Operator, prepare and stage raw materials for production orders.-Ensure consistent material supply to maintain smooth production operations.-Keep the work area clean and organized.-Operate forklifts and other equipment to transport materials as needed in the Assembly / Raw ---Material Preparation Operator role.-Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.-Communicate with supervisors to ensure efficient production as an Assembly / Raw Material Preparation Operator.Qualifications:-High School Diploma or equivalent.-At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.-Forklift certification is a plus.-Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and stand for long periods of time.-Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are important for success as an Assembly / Raw Material Preparation Operator.What We re Looking For:We are looking for someone who can manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency, has a strong work ethic, and fits in well with the team.
