In response to growth in our product offering and a strategic expansion of our capabilities, the Team at RBNK is growing and seeking to fill the position of Assembly Technician.What you get to doLead, mentor and work hand-in-hand with a small team of highly skilled machinists and operatorsBe a conduit between manufacturing engineering and production personnel; support and align both teamsInstalls/assembles various components, sub-assemblies, and hardware by following written & electronic drawings, work instructions, and specifications.Maintains inventory of components, hardware and other necessary department items.Organize assembly area and maintain assembly equipment and tooling.Contribute ideas and subject matter expertise to the continuous improvement of both the process and documentationCommunicates with Management, Team leads, Operators, Quality and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve quality and process issuesCompletes legibly all reports and other associated paperworkWhat you bring to the TeamHigh school diploma or GED is RequiredAssociates degree in Electronics, Assembly or related field preferred (experience is an acceptable be substitute for a degree)3+ Years of manufacturing/industrial setting leadership.Can provide direction, support (hands-on), and any additional help to ensure team and successCan read a basic drawing and work instructions.Demonstrates in-process inspection competence.Demonstrates basic mathematical skillsHas both mechanical and technical capacity.Fluency in written and spoken English is required.Honest and timely communicationSelf-motivation and positive attitudeIntegrity and SafetyThe BIG payoffWe are a company who is going to make a difference in the industries and the communities in which we choose to operate.Every employee of Re:Build will share ownership in the company and will share in the financial rewards of the success we achieve together, at all levels of the company!We want to work with people that reflect the communities in which we operate Re:Build Manufacturing is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
