Assembly Tech - Pridestaff : Job Details

A company located in San Clemente is looking for an entry-level Assembly Technician. This family-owned company has a unique, team-oriented environment. Many of their employees have been with the organization for several years. Employees are evaluated on their productivity, the number of different tasks they can perform, the quality of work, and the ability to work in a team. The hours are 6 AM to 2:30 PM. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Once hired by the company, there are excellent company benefits. The starting pay is $20 to $22/hour, with the possibility of advancement within the first few months. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:There are four areas in the manufacturing of their modules. Training will be provided. Material Preparation: This involves collecting parts for assembly, soldering, and pre-assembly of some parts and preparation of module for assembly.
