Assembly Technician I - Synerfac : Job Details

Nature of Duties:* The Electronic Assembler will build Circuit Card Assemblies using Bill of Material, drawings and work instructions* Read and understand all documents, drawings, BOM s Work Instructions and instructions to assemble* 1+ year experience in electronics manufacturing preferred, but not necessary* Exposure to use of hand tools * Motivation to learn to assemble products or sub-assemblies according to verbal or written instructions or by following drawings or diagrams* Ability to communicate issues to management that may improve efficiency and product quality* Pride in workmanship* Experience in face paced, turn around department* Capable of walking 200 feet, several times per day, to wash circuit boards* Ability to lift 15 lbs. or more when needed* Other activities and tasks assigned by the management teamJob Type: Full-timeExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Monday to FridayPay Rate $17hr-$19hr depending on experienceJob RequirementsEducation and/or Work Experience Requirements:* Knowledge of production environment preferred* Experience in manufacturing would be advantageous* Problem-solving skills* Analytical thinking skills* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Excellent attention to detail and good organization* Capable of working independently to a production schedule* Ability to be part of team and communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.* Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.* Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively* High school or equivalent (Preferred)
