Assembly Technician - Carolina Power Systems : Job Details

Job Description Carolina Power Systems of Sumter, Inc. is looking for a self-motivated, hard worker with experience in an Assembly or Production environment. Responsibilities Experience using a wide range of hand tools and pneumatic tools. Ability to work quickly and accurately with a team to accomplish an assembly task. Ability to read and understand CAD drawings and assembly drawings and use this documentation to complete the assembly task. Ability to follow specific assembly instructions to build a product.Fabrication experience such as drilling, welding, grinding is a plus. Electrical experience such as reading/interpreting schematics, troubleshooting, etc. is a plus.U.S. Citizenship is required for this position. Candidate must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and be capable of lifting, bending and squatting and generally working on his or her feet for an extended period. Job Type: Full- Time
