Position: Assembly Technician

Location: Wendell, NC

Pay: $18/hour + Benefits!

Experience: At least 2 years of mechanical-related experience

Education: High School diploma or GED

Type: Full-time; Contract to hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Greene Resources is seeking an Assembly Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Conduct basic setup and assembly of tractors
• Use a forklift to move material around the assembly area
• Work with the Product Support department to complete mechanical tasks
• Order parts online to finish tractor builds
• Maintain inventory of tools
• Report loss, damaged, or malfunctioning equipment to the direct supervisor
• Provide backup for all warehouse duties and responsibilities as needed
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the assembly area
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Must be forklift certified or willing to obtain certification
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
• Strong problem solving abilities
• Comfortable being exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, oils, etc.
