**$15-16/hour**

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Review blueprints and work instructions to produce accurate work product that meets quality standards, safety requirements and allotted run times while meeting efficiency and productivity goals of the department.

* Generate minimal waste and maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

* Other projects and duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.

**Job Qualifications:**

* High School diploma or equivalent is required.

* Manufacturing assembly experience is required.

* Entry-Level position, job assignment and pay will be commensurate with level of demonstrated skills through school and previous positions.

* Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment.

* Any experience assembling components is a plus.

* Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.

* Possess basis math knowledge.

* Effective communication and listening skills required.

* Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
