Assembly in Rogers, MN | $18-$20/Hour - Award Staffing : Job Details

About the Opportunity:• Job Title: Assembly• Pay Rate Range: $18-$20 Per Hour• Location: Rogers, MN• Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri 6AM-2:30PM.• Position Type: Temp to Hire Assembly Requirements and Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.

Ability to read tape measure.

Previous mechanical assembly preferred.

Previous experience with fabrication tools including but not limited to: Drills, caulking guns, squares, calipers, protractors, tape measures, grinders, etc.

Basic computer skills needed, ability to learn ERP system.

Ability to lift 50lbs and up to 75lbs team lift.

Standing for long durations of time.

Use hands and fingers to operate hand tools.

Assembly Duties and Responsibilities:

Communicate with Assembly lead throughout the day regarding what needs to be assembled.

Mechanical assembly as well as adhesive assembly.

Riveting, bolting, screwing, gluing components together.

Assemble per provided blueprints.

Ability to adapt to changing workplace situations.
