Job Description :
This position does offer a $12,500 signing bonus. The ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) Supervisor is responsible for providing clinical oversight, direction, and leadership to the ACT team while also delivering at least 50% of direct services to ACT clients. The ACT Supervisor will promote mental health recovery through integrated outpatient services, tailored to the medical necessity of each client. The ACT team's approach focuses on promoting recovery, resiliency, wellness, independence, and safety for individuals receiving addiction and mental health services and support.The ACT Supervisor works to ensure the services provided are person-directed, client-guided, culturally competent, trauma-informed, and wellness-informed. This role also focuses on achieving functional and rehabilitative outcomes for individuals, ensuring that services are developmentally appropriate and provided throughout a continuum of care.Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Oversight & Service Delivery:
    • Provide integrated outpatient mental health treatment services to clients, including individual and group treatment, case management, and therapeutic interventions.
    • Conduct assessments and evaluations to support recovery, resiliency, wellness, and safety for individuals with mental health and addiction needs.
    • Engage in crisis intervention and facilitate access to mental health services at TFCC (or other treatment facilities as necessary).
  • ACT Program Management:
    • Conduct screenings and referrals to assess clients' suitability for the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program.
    • Provide direct clinical supervision and oversight to ACT team members, ensuring adherence to program fidelity and evidence-based best practices.
    • Oversee client admissions, coordinate treatment, rehabilitation, and support services, and develop initial assessments and treatment plans.
    • Assign appropriate staff to treatment teams and ensure proper implementation of individualized treatment plans.
  • Administrative and Quality Assurance:
    • Manage administrative tasks related to meeting ACT program fidelity, including documenting and tracking components completed.
    • Conduct quality assurance reviews of client records to ensure compliance with fidelity requirements and accurate documentation.
    • Lead and organize community and agency education initiatives, identifying areas for program improvement and implementing strategies for success.
  • Collaboration & Multidisciplinary Team Leadership:
    • Facilitate clinical meetings with the multidisciplinary team and lead additional meetings to refine strategies for meeting fidelity and achieving client outcomes.
    • Collaborate with team members and external agencies to ensure holistic care and seamless service delivery for clients.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in psychology, social work or related field and five years post experience in a community mental health setting, which includes two years supervisory or program management experience or a satisfactory equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Strong clinical background in mental health treatment and addiction services.
  • Experience supervising a multidisciplinary team in a community-based setting.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and fidelity requirements for ACT.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in dynamic, community-based settings, including homes, hospitals, jails, and shelters.
  • Must possess a valid Oregon Driver's License.
