The American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) is currently seeking an Assessment Security Associate to join its Psychometrics team. The Assessment Security Associate is an integral role in the department and will be responsible for all areas of test security within ABIM. Key responsibilities include developing security plans, overseeing incident investigations, and coordinating with multiple departments and legal counsel on test security matters.
Reporting to the Vice President, Psychometrics, the Assessment Security Associate has the following primary responsibilities:
The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, or an equivalent professional background, with a minimum of three years of relevant experience. They must have a proven proficiency with the MS suite of programs. Project management experience as well as experience with statistical analysis programs (e.g. SAS, R, SPSS) is a plus.
The successful incumbent will have excellent organizational, process management and planning skills, and must be able to both integrate and apply rapidly-evolving information to ongoing work. They must also have the ability to work independently with limited supervision, as well as demonstrate a consistent commitment to working effectively across the organization.
