Role Description

This is a full-time Analyst role located in New York, NY with a flexible start date in 2025.

The Analyst will be an integral part of the Havenly Ventures team with a primary focus on execution of business plans for the growing portfolio of student housing assets.

This role will support the COO in various tasks related to assessing market conditions, operations, property conditions, staffing, capital expenditures, rent collection, and leasing opportunities at each property within the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 0-1 Years of Experience in Real Estate Asset Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Desire to be in entrepreneurial environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Basic knowledge of finance, operations, and accounting principles in commercial real estate, with a willingness to learn
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
