Asset Management, Test Manager Location: 3 days in the office- NYC NY OR Denver CO Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10+Years of QA experience with agile practices. Roles/Responsibilities:
- Highly skilled Test Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience in testing and strong domain expertise in Asset Management
- Excellent understanding & expertise in Regulatory reporting (preferably MiFID Reporting)
- Strong communication skills and interact with wide range of stakeholders located globally
- Work flexibly, independently with multiple stakeholder groups to create test plans for the downstream systems
- Expertise in Jira test management tool; must be efficient in converting business flows into test cases Must Have Skills:
- Regulatory Reporting Domain (preferably MiFID)
- Investment Management / Mutual Fund
- Test Planning, JIRA
- Test Reporting (reporting test metrics), Work Authorization: Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.) Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 to $110,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
