With over 1GW of BESS installed, serving utility, microgrid, and C&I customers, the Asset Manager will be instrumental in managing and enhancing the performance of BESS within the Lifecycle Solutions team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Performance Engineering to optimize battery energy storage performance and manage multiple high-priority items to ensure asset reliability.
• Ensure battery storage assets are functioning efficiently, collaborating with OEMs to address hardware or software issues, and coordinating repairs and maintenance with field personnel.
• Manage the lifecycle of energy storage assets post-commissioning and ensure the delivery of LTSA requirements.
• Oversee inventory management for spare parts used in energy storage assets, including monitoring stock levels and processing requests for replacement parts procurement.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field is required.
• 4+ years of work experience in a similar role, ideally within the energy sector.
• Proficiency in utilising a range of monitoring, data analytics, and SCADA systems.
• Preferred experience in renewable energy systems (solar, wind, and battery), industrial communication networks, and associated equipment and infrastructure.
