Asset Protection Lead - Full Time - Belk Stores : Job Details

The non exempt Store Asset Protection Lead is responsible for assisting the Store Manager and/or Store Asset Protection Manager with the Asset Protection and shortage control programs in their assigned store to meet or exceed the shortage goals for their assigned location. This individual will conduct investigations, provide training of store associates, and will partner with the Store Manager and/or Store Asset Protection Manager on resolution to shortage related issues.?Job Functions.
