Overview:
The Asset Strategy & Alignment Coordinator role is responsible for facilitating stakeholder engagement processes, developing strategic communication materials, and supporting strategic planning efforts across various business units. This position works closely with asset class leaders and epic leads to ensure the alignment of strategies and the effective communication of initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate extensively with asset class epic leaders and the asset class hub leader to ensure cohesive strategy development and communication.
- Develop and coordinate communication materials tailored to different leadership levels and business unit practitioners.
- Leverage digital platforms to facilitate efficient communication, documentation, and strategy tracking.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to drive strategic planning and consensus.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that distill complex strategic insights for leadership review.
- Manage communication workflows to ensure timely and consistent information dissemination across organizational levels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Strategic Management, Information Systems, Communications, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in strategic planning, stakeholder management, or business engagement roles.
- Proven experience working with digital platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical capabilities with ability to synthesize complex information.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple organizational levels.
