Job Location : Wellington,KS, USA
Performs general administrative duties to support all areas of Customer Service.
* Assisting customers by phone, email or chat
* Reviewing orders for accuracy, emailing customer status of quotes, exchanges, dates and scanning
* Handling complaints - Managing customer complaints to the correct CSR to improve customer satisfaction. Helping customers resolve problems or directing them to the right channels for solutions.
* Order incoming/delivery - Providing receipt of order and shipment details to the customer, assist with end user forms, shipping instructions, payment inquiries and commercial invoices.
* Assist in monitoring customer accounts- due dates, exchange opportunities, missed TAT, status reports, working directly with the shop technicians, stock room and other departments as needed.
* Running CQ Reports from ERP system
* Other duties as required
