ASSISTANT ADVISOR-EMPLOYEE PROGRAMCSEA, one of New York State's largest public employeeunions, is seeking resumes for an Employee ProgramAssistant, Advisor for the NYS/CSEA Partnershipfor Education and Training. The office is located onWashington Avenue Extension, Albany, New York.Responsibilities include providing educational advisementsupport for CSEA represented employees. Specificresponsibilities include providing assistance with tuitionbenefits, career counseling, and other education programsoffered by the Partnership. Salary range $55,005 - $68,805with excellent benefits.Qualifications: An Associate Degree from an accreditedcollege or university and one year of experience providingeducational advisement to adult learners; (BachelorDegree preferred) or two years of experience providingeducation advisement to adult learners; or three years ofexperience working within a labor-management trainingand education environment OR a satisfactory equivalentcombination of appropriate experience and education asdetermined by the NYS & CSEA Partnership for Educationand Training and CSEA.
