The Assistant Billing Operations Coordinator assists in the implementation of company billing and collections processes through the full spectrum of the company's service and product offerings. The Assistant Billing Operations Coordinator helps drive and implement the roadmap of project customer-facing process and system improvements to maximize cash flow, customer experience, and right-first-time billing.The Assistant Billing Coordinator maintains accurate project records (including pre-project in-project and post-project record-keeping and documentation).   • 4-year degree (preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management Field).
  • Prior experience with billing and accounts receivable, is a big plus.
  • Experience with Deltek's Vantagepoint ERP, is a plus.
  • Understanding the fundamentals of Project Management is a big plus.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Polished communication skills (both verbal & writing).
  • Highly organized and composed under pressure.
  • Solid management ability: able to manage strict timelines with multiple projects in order to meet deadlines under a high-pressure environment.
  • Documented participation in the stewardship of a program or project.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Possesses a keen eye for detail.
