Assistant Boys Lacrosse Coach (Part-time) - Sewickley Academy : Job Details

Sewickley Academy is seeking to hire an experienced Assistant Boys Lacrosse Coach to join our team. As an Assistant Coach, you will work closely with the Head Coach to develop and implement lacrosse strategies, provide guidance and support to players, and help create a positive team culture.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Head Coach in planning and leading practices and games

- Provide individual and team coaching to players

- Help develop and implement game strategies and tactics

- Foster a positive team culture and promote good sportsmanship

- Ensure the safety and well-being of all players

Requirements:

- Previous experience playing or coaching lacrosse

- Strong knowledge of lacrosse rules, strategies, and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with the Head Coach

- Passion for teaching and mentoring young athletes

- Schedule flexibility to attend team practices and functions
