This company operates within the dynamic and growing snacking and refreshment market, delivering innovative products and fostering a culture of inclusion and growth. They are seeking a Assistant Brand Manager to join their team! Salary/Hourly Rate: $30/hr Position Overview: The Assistant Brand Manager will lead innovation, communication, and strategy projects across portfolios of brands. This Assistant Brand Manager role requires a passion for marketing, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment. The position is temporary, covering maternity leave through July. Responsibilities of the Assistant Brand Manager:
  • Develop and manage the innovation pipeline with cross-functional teams, ensuring packaging, product, and customer requirements are met on time and in full across a complex global supply chain
  • Lead consumer research in partnership with the Insights team to validate product concepts and communication assets
  • Collaborate closely with the operations marketing team to ensure flawless market execution
  • Write and develop purpose-driven communication briefs for creative agencies, leading the development of final assets
  • Manage a complex portfolio with multiple product formats, manufacturing sites, and co-branded/licensed products
  • Oversee day-to-day activities, including: Budget management and invoice processing; and Market analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities
Qualifications for the Assistant Brand Manager:
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, with exposure to innovation development
  • Proven ability to think both creatively and strategically with strong business acumen
  • Exceptional project management skills with a bias for action and problem-solving mindset
  • Experience working with creative agencies, media partners, and various customer channels
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce
  • Ability to analyze and leverage data to inform strategic decision-making
  • Passion for iconic brands and delivering impactful results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a compelling, clear delivery
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is required
