We're looking for a talented admissions director to manage our Shreveport campus' recruitment and enrollment functions to help us attain our targeted goal. You must be willing to learn and abide by the admissions process from the Remington College perspective and assist the Director of Campus Administration in leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the campus while ensuring compliance with all Federal and State regulations.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

* Implements and adheres to all school policies and procedures and operates at all times within state and federal statutes and regulations and within standards of accreditation.

* Takes an active role in additional duties assigned by the Campus President in regards to overall campus operations.

* Develops and maintains effective internal and external relationships and alliances, including positive relationships with students, alumni, faculty, staff, the educational community, the local community of the Campus, and business leaders.

* Acts in an advisory role for students and assists in mediating problems between students and faculty when the Campus President is not onsite.

* Assists the Campus President in managing and achieving the key metrics of the Campus. Key metrics include new student enrollment, retention, approved budgets, new programs, program rollout, graduate placement rate, graduate starting salaries, and student, and graduate and employer satisfaction.

* Assist the Campus President in ensuring Campus growth through increased student populations and effective cost containment, especially in the area of staffing.

* Supervises, coordinates, and customarily directs the work of all direct reports at the Campus when the Campus President is not onsite.

* Works with the Campus President in maintaining a desirable, attractive, and safe Campus environment; including but not limited to facilities are well maintained and resources are available to students and staff.

* Assists the Campus President with assessing Campus resource needs and ensuring that the resources are planned for, acquired and properly implemented.

* Assists the Campus President with preparing the Campus for self-studies, focus visits, comprehensive visits, and regulatory visits.

* Assists the Campus President with institutional planning and outcomes assessment activities for the Campus.

* Successfully completes all admissions-related training programs and displays thorough knowledge of all admissions-related training materials, policies, and procedures, as well as admissions-related documents including, but not limited to, the relevant Application and Enrollment Agreement(s) and Campus Catalog(s).

* Conducts interviews and makes recommendations on matters related to the hiring, promotion, demotion, training, and termination of employees in the admissions department and provides a recommendation to the Campus President on employees serving in other positions at the campus. Supervises, coordinates, and regularly directs the work of all employees within the Admissions Department at the Campus (or multiple Campuses, as assigned).

* Conducts training and coaching of Campus Admissions Representatives and administrative staff.

* Attends and participates (as requested) in new student orientation sessions and graduation ceremonies.

* Assists the Campus President in the development and implementation of new academic programs and delivery models as well as continued improvement of current offerings.

* Maintains professional and effective working relationships with all Campus personnel.

* Exercises discretion and independent judgment with respect to specific subject matter areas under his or her administrative guidance.

* Conducts his or her professional and personal life in a fashion that fosters a positive impression of the Campus and the Company.

* Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.

* Travels as required.

* Performs the job on site when required. Remote work is appropriate when onsite work is not required. Subject to change if superseded by Human Resource policy regarding remote work.

Education/Experience Needed:

* Bachelor's degree preferred.

* A minimum of five (5) years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
