About the Role

We seek an enthusiastic and results-oriented Assistant Center Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and successful operation of our center. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our team of coaches. You will also play a key role in growing center enrollment by actively engaging with local schools and community organizations.
Responsibilities:

* Center Operations: Oversee daily center operations, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment for all students.
* Sales & Enrollment:
* Follow up on leads, schedule tours, and effectively close enrollment deals.
* Actively engage with local schools and community organizations to generate new leads and build brand awareness.
* Participate in local events and fairs to promote Code Ninjas to the community.
* Customer Service: Build strong relationships with parents, understand their needs, and communicate student progress effectively.
* Team Leadership: Guide and support our team of coaches to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality instruction.
* Center Management: Maintain a clean and organized center, ensuring compliance with all company standards and safety protocols.
* Administrative Duties: Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and reporting.
* Communication: Effectively communicate with parents, students, and the executive team regarding center updates and progress.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience working with children (ages 5+) in a professional setting.
* Strong passion for working with kids and a genuine interest in education.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
* Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
* Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong work ethic.
