Become a part of our team and immerse yourself in a company that fosters a Great Place to Work culture!What You'll Do: The Assistant Center Manager is responsible for the remarketing of inventory by supporting the sales team and business operations, as needed.Job Duties:
  • Oversee the inventory reconditioning process
  • Review, maintain and approve service/repair estimates
  • Oversee sites specific inventory levels and manage inventory reallocations
  • Spearhead warranty registration process and ensure all units are registered appropriately.
  • Own and oversee overall regional inventory process to include the administration of inventory software.
  • Collaborate and supervise regional operations team.
  • Manage the needs of the branch(es) overseen.
  • Engage with other members of the sales team, department management, and other departments, as needed.
  • Ensures operation is running efficiently.
  • Works with vendors to obtain the optimal pricing to increase profitability.
  • Accountable for assets and inventory at branch(es) overseen
  • Develop strategies for more efficient operations.
  • Generates ideas for increasing revenue streams.
  • Identify ways to improve service quality for our customers and efficiency of internal procedures.
  • Ensure that established processes and procedures are followed correctly.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Business related bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Computer proficiency and accounting skills.
  • Ability to work in a high volume and fast paced environment.
Compensation:
  • $60,000 to $75,000 annual salary depending on skills and experience.
