Summary: Maximize profitability of their store. Supervise and coordinate activities of pawn, sales and web sales team members in your specific location. Duties may include management functions and personnel workEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
Implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for your specific departmentDirect and supervise team members engaged in guest interaction, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or performing services for guestsPlan and prepare specific department schedules according to the stores season and traffic flow 4. Complete daily ADP time off requests, exceptions and any payroll related items for the storeMonitor sales and pawn activities to ensure that guests receive exceptional service and quality goodsResponsible for hiring, training, assigning duties, coaching and evaluating team membersEnforce safety, health, security rules, OSHA compliance, and loss prevention in your specific locationResponsible for training Team Members to effectively examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced, displayed and that it functions as advertisedProvide guest service by greeting, assisting and responding to inquiries or complaintsKeep appropriate personnel informed of known actions, which may affect the ability to successfully perform assignments or adversely affect company operationsFully understands duties and monitors responsibilities of Team MembersOther duties as assigned by Head Coach or District Manager RequirementsQualifications:Formal Education and Experience Requirement (Must meet one or more of the following requirements):
- Associates degree
- 2-4 years of Assistant Manager experience
- 2 years of pawn or sales experience
Knowledge:
- Point of sales systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Must maintain valid/unrestricted driver's license at all times
- Eligible to obtain any special state required licenses and/or certificates as required by law or the company
- Must maintain eligibility to be a responsible person on FFL license
