Company DescriptionMultifamily Property ManagementJob Description•Property Name: Bella Canyon•5402 141st St E, South Hill, WA 98373, USA•Full-Time•Unit Count: 140•Driver's License RequiredThe Assistant Community Director is fully accountable in assisting the Community Director with the day-to-day property operations, and managing the asset to meet the client's expressed operational and financial goals. Assists with the supervision of on-site staff, which may include: Resident Services Coordinator(s), Compliance Specialist(s), Leasing Manager, Leasing Consultant(s), Maintenance Supervisor(s), Maintenance Technician(s), Make-Ready or Rehab Technician(s), Groundskeeper(s)/Porter(s), Painter(s), and Cleaner(s)/Housekeeper(s).Pay: $20 - $23 / HourQualificationsMinimum Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably within Residential Property Management.
  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate required. College degree in a relatable field preferred, but not required.
  • Valid Driver's License, a good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance which meets State requirements, and an operable vehicle that meets FPI's Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy.
  • Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Apps, property management-related software, email, internet).
