Overview: Callicoon Brewing Company is seeking Assistant Cooks in Callicoon, NY.The Assistant cook will perform food prep, assist with preparation of customers food orders. This process must be done in a timely accurate fashion. This position with also be responsible for assisting with cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen area, following the sanitary guidelines.Skills needed to perform this position: Ability to follow directions, Organized thought process, energetic, and calm demeanor with a decent sense of humor.1 year experience is preferred but willing to train.Required: Reference checkThe Salary and hours; $17 to $25 hourly depending on experience.
