Position Overview: The Customer Support Representative will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of customer service. This position involves interacting directly with our customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and be capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Utilize Shopify and Gorgias platforms to manage and track customer interactions and orders.
  • Maintain high standards of confidentiality regarding sensitive customer information.
  • Perform clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and organizing documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless workflow and support overall team objectives.
  • Assist in any additional tasks or projects as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software applications; familiarity with Shopify and Gorgias is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent typing skills with a speed of 43 to 80 wpm.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time position
  • Available to work from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
