Assistant Design Coordinator - Haddad Brands : Job Details

Overview: The Assistant Design Coordinator will act as a liaison between the Design and Sales teams and support all presentation initiatives. Key Accountabilities:

• Catalog maintenance of Active/Lifestyle brands for all product categories as well as proper communication to all cross functional team members
• Provide support to Design and Merchandising teams
• Maintain catalog organization by fielding requests from design/merchandising/sales by updating and maintaining catalogs i.e., removing styles when necessary
• Establish a strong understanding of available presentation tools and apply effective approaches to assist the sales team in presenting products to retailers
• Assist with SMU's and requests from sales team and effectively support the design team and processes
• Support the design process through customized presentation (i.e directed assortments) and effective communication cross functionally
• Prepare and maintain sample visual throughout the seasonal process
• Special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Fashion Design or related field
• 1+ year experience in a related position
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail

Salary Description $50,000 - $55,000 per year
