Job Summary:
Using Salesforce's Marketing Cloud CRM system, the Assistant Director – CRM Business Operations will play a vital role on the digital communications team by using Salesforce and Marketing Cloud to assist in configuring and maintaining data to meet business needs. Experience in automation processes, SQL queries, HTML, and AMPscript will be key in building solutions for targeting, personalization, and reporting. They will analyze data to improve performance, troubleshoot system issues, manage email deliverability, and subscription management.

Compensation:
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual salary range for candidates with 3+ years of experience is $72,700 - $90,900, and for candidates with 5+ years of experience, it is $96,200 - $114,000.
