New Position: Assistant Director

Salary $35,000-$45,000 annual

As Assistant Director you will:

• Provide superior customer service to all families
• Manage the operation of the school in the Directors absence
• Asist the Nursery director and Lead teachers with various management responsibilities
• Help ensure maximum enrollment of student while maintaining effective cost controls
• Help the school continue to meet all DCF licensing requirements
• Observe, adhere, and ensure all applicable laws, rules, and regulations are followed.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Degree in Early Childhood Education
• Director credential
• Experience operating a high-quality center
