We have expanded our operations and are seeking a dedicated Assistant Director of Academic Partnerships & Recruitment with experience in college admissions, recruitment outreach, and social media marketing to join our team based in New York City.

KSE Global provides a range of project-based, research-focused learning enrichment solutions for students including its MasterScholar summer programs, Connect Pathway admissions programs, math camps, and the new veriii Research Skills Certificate Program. KSE's enrichment programs cover numerous subject areas, connecting students with professors drawn from KSEs network of faculty in the U.S., Europe, and China. KSE programs focus on student development: helping them discover their passions, improve their academic skills, and prepare for success in college and beyond.

As of 2024, more than 6,000 students have participated in KSE academic programs in China, the UK, and the US, conducted in collaboration with a network of hundreds of professors from leading colleges and universities around the world. KSE offers both online and in-person academic enrichment programs.

In 2025, KSE will launch additional in-person academic programs in collaboration with New York University, Northeastern University, and Barnard College, as well as programs hosted in collaboration with faculty from Princeton University and Duke University.

Position Summary

KSE Global is seeking an Assistant Director of Academic Partnerships & Recruitment to assist the Director of Academic Partnerships in advertising KSE's enrichment programs, conducting recruitment outreach, and providing support to prospective students and their families. The ideal candidate will have a background in U.S. college admissions, social media marketing experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This position involves the planning and execution of recruitment activities including attending school visits, summer program fairs, admission interviews, and professional conferences; as well as conducting virtual outreach via email campaigns, social media marketing, and digital advertising. The position is based in New York, but a hybrid or remote arrangement can be considered.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with Director of Academic Partnerships to design and implement recruitment strategies.

Present information about KSE programs at recruitment events, including but not limited to: high school visits, summer program fairs, and webinars.

Assist in the writing, design, and implementation of virtual recruitment marketing content, including but not limited to: email and text campaigns, social media marketing, and digital advertisements.

Communicate with prospective students and their families, school counselors, and independent educational consultants via in-person meetings, phone, text, and email.

Conduct admission interviews to determine English proficiency, academic readiness, and best fit for KSE program applicants.

Attend professional conferences with the Director of Academic Partnerships to market KSE programs.

Work collaboratively with the Admissions & Application Team to communicate with applicants regarding their application status and requirements.

Assist in the management of KSE's recruitment CRM and other related technologies.

Assist in the development of recruitment reports and analysis.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in education, business administration, communications, or related field

Minimum of 3 years experience as a U.S. college admissions officer/counselor

Strong understanding of U.S. college admissions processes, policies, and criteria

Experience with social media marketing

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and admissions management software

Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally

Ability to participate in occasional weekend and evening commitments

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong oral and written communication skills

High degree of professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and team-oriented attitude

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with international students

Experience in pre-college/academic enrichment program administration or recruitment

Experience with Slate CRM

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 - $85,000. Within this range, base pay depends on your location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensations such as up to $20,000 bonus potential. We offer competitive health, dental, and 401k benefits in addition to paid company holidays, vacation, and an annual incentive program.
