Job Description:
St. John's University Career Services is seeking a Career and Internship Advisor to support students' career readiness and success. The ideal candidate will showcase their talents by creatively engaging students, delivering high-quality career education, and creating career connections. In addition, this candidate will cultivate productive relationships with faculty and utilize technology, on-demand resources, and marketing analytics to meet students where they are while advancing individual opportunities and pathways to careers. Serving undergraduate and graduate students and alumni, the Advisor will be part of a centralized team of career professionals and support the overall effectiveness of the Career Services Department and the Division of Student Success. St. John's values work/life balance and offers this full-time opportunity with the potential for partial remote work after an initial orientation period.

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual salary range for this position is $65,000 - $71,000. St. John's University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
This position may be relocated to any of St. John's University's physical locations at any time.
