Appraisal can be based on any combination of the following: Investigation, oral examination and/or review of application.Should an oral exam be necessary, the oral exam will be weighted at 100%.Applicants must attain at least a 70% score on each phase of the examination process.Minimum Qualifications/Employment Standards Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, public administration, or closely related field AND three (3) years of management level experience in a multi-divisional public, private or nonprofit social services agency; or any equivalent combination of education, training or experience which leads to the attainment of the required knowledge, skills and abilities.Possession of a valid Class C California Driver's License is required upon appointment.
