This position entails overseeing and managing the daily operations for a K-12 School Cafeteria while working with current Food Service Director.Duties to include: Menu development in conjunction with USDA and state guidelinesCost and inventory controlsStaff ManagementAccurate accounting practicesCommunications with school district officials.
