• Supervise and lead landscape crews on commercial construction projects.
• Oversee project scheduling, daily operations, and crew assignments.
• Perform hands-on landscape tasks, including grading, planting, and hardscaping.
• Ensure all projects adhere to safety protocols, quality standards, and timelines.
• Train team members on company standards, techniques, and equipment use.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address project requirements and resolve issues.
• Operate and maintain landscape equipment and machinery.
• Ensure accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial landscape construction or a similar role preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Willing to obtain a Valid CDL driver's license.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
