Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Salary: Up to $89k per year, depending on qualifications

On-Call: Member of the on-call rotation, responsible for working on campus during assigned on-call weekends and taking scheduled days off during the week.Job Responsibilities: The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) will provide backup to DON, and be responsibly for overall clinical quality of care, regulatory compliance, employee culture, & clinical budget.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited School of Nursing. Registered Nurse currently licensed in Ohio.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a floor nurse with least one year clinical experience related to geriatric nursing.
