• Lead and supervise the nursing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Develop, implement, and periodically update nursing policies and procedures.
• Manage the recruitment process for nursing staff, and ensure ongoing staff training and development.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels, ensuring the team is skilled and fully equipped to meet residents' needs.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, ensuring compliance with professional standards.
• Stay informed of all facility-related incidents and provide guidance as needed.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of each resident's health needs and coordinate appropriate care plans.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• At least 5 years of experience in long-term care settings.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage nursing staff with effectiveness and empathy.
