Here is some of what you will do:
* Oversee maintenance and repair services with the General Manager
* Collaborate on building repair and maintenance with technical staff
* Ensure client satisfaction and monitor facility management services
* Conduct monthly building and property inspections
* Manage Prism work order system, meet with tenant representatives, and interface with property occupants
* Support project implementation for short and long-term client needs and assist with JLL and client project management
* Develop and implement an annual management plan and participate in building shutdown events
* Attend site contact program meetings and oversee client reporting at various intervals
* Maximize supplier utilization, including M/WBE enterprises Ensure compliance with audit standards
* Coordinate vendor performance discussions and assist with client audits and surveys. Collaborate on safety and risk mitigation
* Manage existing contracts and assist with new ones
* Source local services and goods through 3rd party suppliers and collaborate on national and regional sourcing opportunities
* Assist with PO management and cost savings initiatives and develop budget variance reports, while supporting operating and capital budget management.
Here is who we are looking for:
Required
* 2+ years of facilities or property management experience in a corporate environment, third-party service provider, or as a consultant.
* Proven record of client service. Establish credibility with the client, facilities team, vendors, and contractors.
* Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
* Exhibit the following characteristics: high standards, high expectations, consistency, accountability, partnership, and empower others to succeed.
Preferred
* Knowledge of commercial real estate, building operations and systems, accounting, project management, and vendor management.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in facilities or property management.
Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift and on-call for emergency response after-hours.
Pay $31.25-38.46 hourly
