The Assistant Facilities Manager is responsible for leading and managing on-site operations to ensure the property is efficiently maintained and services are delivered at the highest quality level. This role is central to achieving client satisfaction and aligning with corporate real estate objectives through effective team leadership and collaboration with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and direct the on-site team in managing the assigned site or portfolio
* Ensure the delivery of Facility Management services enhances client satisfaction and supports customer service objectives
* Maintain compliance with JLL's standards for audit, financial, and operational policies
* Monitor and achieve site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and regularly assess Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
* Perform inspections and proactively address deficiencies, creating corrective work orders as needed
* Facilitate work order management for in-house staff and vendors, supporting facility soft services like event coordination and materials handling
* Drive energy management programs to optimize efficiency
* Collaborate effectively within the account team to implement best practices and innovations in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM)
* Enforce company policies related to safe, efficient operations
* Develop and manage operational and capital budgets while ensuring staff compliance with reporting and financial management
* Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage supplier performance, sourcing, and contract management

Qualifications:
Minimum requirements:
* Associate's degree at a minimum, or equivalent work experience in facilities or property management
* 2+ years of industry experience in facility/property space, third-party service provision, or consulting
* Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical building systems
Preferred requirements:
* Advanced managerial skills with proficiency in customer relations and computer applications
* Experience in achieving cost savings through strategic sourcing and supplier management
